  Everything will work out just fine.

   모든 게 다 잘 될 겁니다.

A; Hey, Bill, you look so worried. Is there anything wrong?

B; Well, yes there is, cause business in our industry hasn't been

   good lately. And I actually haven't got a raise for more than

   two years! The company keeps losing money and they can't afford

   to give anyone a raise.

A; That's too bad. but many companies are in financial difficulties

   because of the country's poor economic state ever since the

   decline of two major industries.

B; But I certainly don't think we're going to see a fast economic recovery

   in the near future.

A; I wouldn't say that. It takes some time for the economy to recover after

   the slump.

B; I hope so.

A; Hey. Come on, let's get outta here. I'll buy you a drink. Everything will

   work out just fine.

A; 이봐, Bill. 힘들어 보이는데 무슨 일 있어?

B; 그래, 문제가 있지. 요즘 우리 쪽 사업이 잘 안 되고 있거든. 사실 난 2년도 넘게

   봉급을 인상 받지 못했다 구! 회사는 계속해서 적자를 내고 있어서 아무도 봉급

   인상을 못 받고 있는 실정이야.

A; 그거 안됐구나. 하지만 2대 재벌기업이 몰락한 이후에는 우리나라경제상황이

   나빠져 많은 회사들이 재정난을 겪고 있다 구.

B; 하지만 내 생각엔 분명히 금방 좋아지진 않을 거라고 여겨지거든.

A; 그렇지 않을 거야, 나빠진 경기를 회복하자면 시간이 좀 걸리잖아.

B; 나도 그러길 바래.

A; 야,,,,,힘내, 여기서 나가자, 내가 술 한 잔 살게, 다 잘 될 거야!

흔히 ‘gym'에 가서 땀 흘리며 열심히 운동하는 것을 “work out" (exercise)

이라고 합니다만, 어떠한 상황이 “좋은 방향으로 잘 되어가다. 혹은 좋은 결과를

낳다“라는 말 역시 이 ”work out" (develop in a satisfactory way)이라는

표현으로 대신 할 수 있습니다. 아쉽지만 일이 잘 풀리지 않았을 경우라면

“It didn't 잭 out"이라고 할 수 있겠습니다.
