A ; Well, I think that you'll have to talk to him about his attitude

     toward his work. Tell him he's just not putting enough

     effort in.

B ; Yeah, right. With his temper, he's likely to punch me, or

     yell at me at the very least.

A ; Oh, come on. He'll understand. You can just tell him in a

     nice way.

B ; Easier said than done.

A ; 내 생각에 당신이 그의 업무 태도에 대해서 얘기를 좀 해야

     겠어요. 최선을 다하지 않는다는 정도로 말이에요.

B ; 맞긴 하지만 그는 성질상 (그런 얘기하면) 내게 펀치를 날리거나

     최소한 고함을 칠 거에요.

A ; 그는 당신이 말하면 이해할 거에요. 그냥  좋은 말로 한번 해보세요.

B ; 말이야 쉽죠.

  " Easier said than done " 은" 말보다 실행이 어렵다" 는 뜻이다.

  유사표현으로  "Actions speak louder than words" 가 있는데

   우리 속담의 "백마디 말보다 한번의 행동이 중요하다" 와 같은 의미

   이다.
