호떡

 

 

***호떡 만드실때 물의 양을 측정하기 힘드신 경우가 많으신것 같아 다시 적어봅니다. 원래 호떡 반죽은 다른 반죽들에 비해 아주 물렁한 편이긴 한데 호떡 모양 내기가 어려우시다는 분들이 많습니다. 그래서 개개인의 재료나 환경적 요인에 따라 물량을 1컵에서 1컵 반 사이로 넣어 주시기 바랍니다*** 호떡 믹스없이 간단한 재료로 쉽게 만들 수 있는 찹쌀 호떡이에요. 길거리에서 사먹던 호떡보다 더 맛있는 호떡을 집에서 즐겨보세요

[ Ingredients]재료 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2cup flour 중력분 2컵

1cup glutinous rice flour 건식찹쌀가루 1컵

1tsp salt 소금

1t 1tsp sugar 설탕 1t

8g dry yeast 이스트 8g + 1/2cup luck warm water + 따뜻한물 1/2컵 1cup~1,1/2cup luck warm water 따뜻한 물1컵~1, 1/2컵

3/4cup brown sugar 흑설탕 3/4컵

3Tbsp peanut 땅콩(견과류)가루 3T

1tsp cinnamon powder 시나몬가루 1t

It is one of the street foods that Koreans like. I made the most basic sweet honey hotteok, and the next popular vegetable hotteok. It is a recipe for the taste that you buy on the street. The hotteok in the photo that the BTS members ate was honey hotteok.

✤ Ingredients for dough (9-10 pieces)

-200 g of warm water

-50 g milk

-5g yeast

-30 g sugar

-5g salt

-3g baking powder (can be omitted)

-20g cooking oil

-15g melted butter (not hot)

-240g Bread flour

-60g glutinous rice flour

 

✤ Honey Hotteok Small (for 10 pieces)

-50g brown sugar

-3g cinnamon

-8g of flour (regardless of type)

-30g peanut powder

 

✤ Vegetable hotteok beef (for 10 pieces)

-70g Glass Noodles

-15g carrots

-15g chives

-20g onion

-2 tbsp cooking oil (rice spoon)

-3 tbsp soy sauce (rice spoon)

-2 tbsp of starch syrup (rice spoon) can be replaced with honey and sugar

-1 tbsp of sesame oil (rice spoon)

-1 tbsp sesame seeds (rice spoon)

 

✤ TIP

-You can use only flour, but it is softer and more delicious when glutinous rice is added.

-Flour should be made with Bread Flour to make it puffy and soft.

-It is more crispy and delicious when pressed flat as possible.

-When it cools, the outside becomes more crispy.

[recipe] Hotteok / Honey Hotteok Ingredients:

1 cup of strong wheat flour (150g)

Half cup of glutinous rice furniture (50g)

Yeast 4g 200ml of water

2/3 cups of brown sugar

1/2 spoon of cinnamon powder

2 spoons of nuts

1. Mix 200ml of warm water and 4g of yeast and let it sit for 10 minutes.

2. Strong wheat flour 150g,

Glutinous rice flour, 50g Sugar 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon salt, add yeast water and knead it, then leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

3. Make sugar jam. (Mix 2/3 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoon nuts, 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder)

4. Apply some oil on your hands, remove a little hotteok dough and make it flat. Add sugar and meticulously knead the hotteok dough.

5. After putting oil in a pan, bake the dough with the squeezed portion down over medium heat to brown.
